Silane Siloxane

Silane-Siloxane sealers penetrate deep into the surface of the concrete and masonry where they chemically react to form a hydrophobic barrier within the pores that causes water and other liquids to bead off the surface. By reducing the absorption of water and other liquids on the surface by up to 95%, the surface becomes more resistant to cracking, spalling, pitting, freeze-thaw damage, mold and mildew growth, and efflorescence formation. Silane-Siloxane sealers will not change the look or color of the concrete or masonry, and it will not leave behind a visible surface film. when properly applied, Silane-Siloxane sealers can last for up to 7-10 years before the need to reseal.
