The Armor MSC100 can be applied with a 3/8-1/2” nap roller, commercial-grade pump sprayer, mop, or sponge.

Surface Preparation

Sweep area or use a leaf blower to clear the area of trash and debris.

Application—Outdoor Surfaces

For heavily soiled areas, apply the Armor MSC100 undiluted, or dilute as desired. For lightly soiled areas, dilute the Armor MSC100 with up to 4 parts water.

Using a commercial-grade pump sprayer, apply the Armor MSC100 at a rate of 100-200 ft2/gallon depending on the porosity of the surface. When applying to vertical surfaces, apply from the bottom to the top. Work in small areas, do not exceed 200 ft2 to ensure the area is well saturated. Allow the Armor MSC100 to remain on the surface for approximately 5-20 minutes depending on the level of soil. After 5-20 minutes, use a stiff bristle brush to work in and agitate any heavily soiled areas to help break the bond to the substrate. Using a pressure washer, or a garden hose with a high pressure spray head, flush the cleaned surface with water. If necessary, repeat the process. For heavy stains, spot clean using the Armor MSC100 undiluted.

Application—Interior & Sealed or Coating Floors

For use as an everyday cleaner, the Armor MSC100 can be mopped on. To use, dilute one quart of the Armor MSC100 with 5 gallons of hot water (20:1). Wet a mop, sponge, or cloth with the mixture, and mop or wipe down the area to be cleaned. Let dry. For stubborn stains, use the Armor MSC100 at full strength and rinse with water.

Please note, it is always suggested to test the product in a small, inconspicuous area on the same substrate to test for desired results prior to application. When diluting, the use of hot water will help the MSC100’s ability to cut through dirt, grime, and soils.

Clean-Up

Use soap and warm water. Dispose of containers in accordance with local and federal regulations.

Outdoor Surfaces: Up to 200 ft2/gallon undiluted.

Indoor Surfaces: Up to 4000 ft2/gallon diluted 20:1 with water.

Coverage will vary depending on how heavily soiled the area is, what is being cleaned, dilution ratios, porosity, surface condition, application method, and the amount of material applied by the applicator. Coverage rates are estimates and will vary.
