Colored/Tinted Concrete Sealers
Foundation Armor clear and tinted concrete sealers are made from high quality, U.S. manufactured resins that are designed to enhance and protect a variety of interior and exterior surfaces. They will never yellow or flake, and can provide years of life and protection before the need for a recoat.
Clear Concrete Sealers For Colored Concrete: Foundation Armor clear concrete sealers are designed to enhance integrally colored or acid stained surfaces. They will darken dull or faded coloring, while providing a protective, long lasting satin to high gloss finish.

Cure N Seal
Foundation Armor cure and seals are designed to cure, seal, and protect new concrete surfaces. They aid in water retention and proper curing, provide better film formation, early water resistance, adhesion, toughness and outstanding efflorescence and alkali resistance. They are UV stable and will not yellow.
Foundation Armor cure and seals are available in clear and colored, and come in a variety of finishes including matte, satin, and high gloss. They are easy to apply with a roller or sprayer, and will provide years of life before the need for a recoat.

Hardeners and Densifiers
Foundation Armor concrete densifiers and surface hardeners are sold in concentrate and must be dilute with 3 gallons of water prior to applying. They penetrate deep into the concrete where they chemically react with the free lime and calcium to form a permanent calcium silicate hydrate (CSH) structure within the pores. Once fully cured, the CSH structure will provide the surface of the concrete with an increased strength and density of up to 45%. They help to reduce concrete dusting, reduce the movement of water and moisture through the pores, and reduce deterioration caused by surface abrasion.

Non Slip Sealers
Foundation Armor manufactures penetrating sealers, which are naturally non slip, and a non-slip additive that can be added to acrylic sealers and urethane coatings.

They also help to reduce the growth of mold, mildew, and algae on the surface.
