Solvent Based Sealers

The Armor SX5000 is a solvent-based penetrating Silane-Siloxane sealer that is DOT-approved in several states as a concrete and masonry water repellent. It will chemically react below the surface to form a long lasting hydrophobic barrier. Surfaces sealed with the Armor SX5000 are more resistant to cracking, spalling, pitting, freeze thaw and salt damage, mold and mildew, and efflorescence.

The Armor SX5000 can be applied to interior and exterior, vertical and horizontal concrete, brick, pavers, aggregate, and natural stone surfaces. It will not change the look or color of the surface, and it will not leave behind a visible surface film.

Foundation Armor manufactures several solvent based coatings that can be applied to interior and exterior concrete. They are easy to apply, non-yellowing, and will provide years of life and protection before the need for a recoat.

Solvent Based Coatings

Surfaces sealed with a Foundation Armor solvent based coating are resistant to deterioration caused by surface absorption, liquid spills, staining, ducting, mold and mildew, and efflorescence. They are easy to apply, easy to maintain, and easy to recoat.

Armor AG Brown Seal - Brown tinted high gloss sealers for exposed aggregate.

Armor UTN60 - Industrial grade aliphatic urethane for interior concrete floors. Oil, gas, and chemical resistant.
