Foundation Armor manufactures several products that can be used to seal clay tile and concrete roofs. They are easy to apply, long-lasting, and resistant to UV rays and changes in weather and temperature.
Penetrating sealers work best when applied to clay tile roofs and concrete roofs. They penetrate through the surface of the roof where they chemically react below the pores to form a water repellent barrier. Penetrating sealers will not change the look or color of the roof, nor will they leave behind a visible surface film. Sealers are a great way to reduce many of the issues mentioned above.

Concrete coatings will penetrate in order to bond, but the protective film left behind on the surface is visible and will enhance the surface of the concrete. Coatings should only be applied to concrete roofs and not clay roofs. When applied to clay roofs you run the risk of delamination.
Foundation Armor coatings are easy to apply, long lasting, and UV resistant. They can be applied with a pump sprayer or roller, and when properly applied can provide up to 5 years of life. Foundation Armor coatings can be applied in clear, or one of several color options.
