Based on your answers we recommend the following product/products

The best product for achieving a gloss is an acrylic sealer, but Foundation Armor does not suggest applying an acrylic sealer to clay brick.

Clay brick is not very porous and does not provide a good bonding surface for acrylic sealers. Further, the grout allows for high  amounts of moisture to pass through. The combination of the poor bonding surface and high amounts of moisture cause the acrylic sealer to delaminate and peel.

A better alternative to acrylic sealers for clay brick would be the Armor WL550. While the Armor WL550 won’t add a gloss, it will darken the brick to enhance any dull and faded coloring.
