Penetrating Water Repellent Sealers
Protect your concrete, brick, and masonry without changing the look or color.
Penetrating water repellent sealers are the best sealers to use if you are looking to reduce damage and deterioration to your concrete, brick, or masonry without changing the look or color. Penetrating water repellent sealers penetrate deep into the substrate where they chemically react to form a hydrophobic barrier within the pores. The hydrophobic barrier, which can last for up to 10 years, will reduce the absorption and movement of water through the substrate by up to 95%. Water repellent sealers are great sealers for reducing damage and deterioration caused by water absorption, such as cracking, spalling, pitting, freeze-thaw damage, and mold and mildew growth.

Wet Look and High Gloss Sealers
Enhance the surface of concrete and pavers with a wet look, satin sheen, or high gloss and protect the surface against staining and deterioration.
Brief Description: Acrylic sealers are the best sealer to use if you are looking to protect new concrete and pavers from fading, or bring back dull and faded coloring in old concrete and pavers. They penetrate the surface in order to create an aggressive bond, and leave behind a visible, protective surface film that won't yellow or peel. Water and solvent based acrylics are available, and they can be purchased in (1) and (5) gallon pails. Clear and color options available. Uses: Foundation Armor acrylic sealers are made from US manufactured high quality resins. - Armor WL550 - The Armor WL550 will darken the surface to make it look wet and cause water and other liquids to bead off the surface. There is no surface film or coating to maintain!

Brief Description: Sodium and lithium silicate densifiers are the best sealer to use if you are looking to increase the strength and density of the concrete, or reduce the movement of water through the pores. They penetrate into the concrete where they chemically react to form a permanent crystalline barrier that can never be broken down or removed.
