CONCRETE DENSIFIERS & SURFACE HARDENERS

Foundation Armor concrete densifiers and surface hardeners penetrate into the surface of the concrete where they chemically react to form a permanent crystalline barrier that increases the strength and density of the concrete by up to 45%. They reduce the movement of water and moisture through the pores by increasing the density of the concrete, and reduce dusting and deterioration by increasing the surface strength of the concrete. Densifiers and surface hardeners can be used to seal a variety of concrete surfaces including concrete driveways, garage floors, warehouse floors, basement floors and walls, and more. Densifiers do not repel water and other liquids. If you require repellency, consider applying a water repellent sealer 5-7 days after applying a densifier.

WATER REPELLENT CONCRETE SEALERS FOR CONCRETE AND MASONRY

Foundation Armor water repellent concrete sealers penetrate into the surface of the concrete where they chemically react to form a hydrophobic barrier within the pores that causes water and other liquids to bead off the surface. Surfaces sealed with a water repellent concrete sealer are more resistant to damage and deterioration caused by the absorption of water, snow, and ice. They are also more resistant to the formation of mold, mildew, and efflorescence. Water repellent sealers can be used to seal a variety of surfaces including concrete driveways, paver patios, brick houses, garage floors, warehouse floors, and more.

WET LOOK CONCRETE SEALERS FOR CONCRETE AND PAVERS

Foundation Armor wet look concrete sealers are designed to darken concrete and pavers and make them look “wet”. They enhance the surface and leave behind a protective, UV resistant low gloss finish. Wet look sealers can be applied with a roller or sprayer to interior and exterior concrete, stamped concrete, and paver surfaces. They will provide up to 2-5 years of life before the need for a recoat. Foundation Armor wet look concrete sealers can be applied to unsealed concrete and pavers, or concrete and pavers that have been previously sealed with a solvent based acrylic sealer.

HIGH GLOSS CONCRETE SEALERS FOR CONCRETE AND PAVERS

Foundation Armor high gloss concrete sealers are designed to darken and enhance interior and exterior concrete and pavers with a long lasting, UV resistant high gloss finish. They can be applied with a roller or sprayer, and will provide up to 2-5 years of life before the need for a recoat. Foundation Armor high gloss concrete sealers can be applied to unsealed concrete and pavers, or concrete and pavers that have been previously sealed with a solvent based acrylic sealer.

• Armor AR500: Top rated solvent based acrylic high gloss sealer for concrete and pavers.
• Armor AX25: Siloxane infused solvent based acrylic high gloss sealer for concrete and pavers constantly exposed to water, such as pool decks.
