When it comes to sealing your warehouse floors, trust the sealer industrial and commercial clients trust globally. Foundation Armor Concrete Sealers are penetrant sealer that reduces the porosity and absorbtion of water and chemicals, leaves behind a non-slip surface, and can be polished to offer as much protection on the surface as it does within the concrete.
Warehouses range anywhere from 2,500 square feet to 3,000,000 square feet. We pack and ship our concrete sealer in 1 Gallon, 5 Gallon, and 55 Gallon Drums. Free shipping, always. We have plants nationally and can get you what you need, when you need it!
Seal Your Warehouse Floors
The Foundation Armor Concrete Sealer penetrates up to 2-4″ and reacts with the free calcium and lime within the concrete. This reaction forms a crystalline barrier between the pores of the concrete – stoping the infiltration and exfiltration of water, moisture, vapors, chemicals, and more. Foundation Armor sealers also:
- Stop hydrostatic pressure up to 100 PSI
- Stop vapor migration up to 0.015 WVT
- Prevent the absorption of chemicals and liquids
- Leave behind a non-slip surface (Foundation Armor sealers don’t leave behind a film or coating)
- Don’t altar the look of the floor
- Strengthen the floor by up to 45%
- And Much More!
Strengthen Your Warehouse Floors
The crystalline barrier formed within the pores is up to 2-4″ wide. By filling in the pores with a crystalline barrier you strengthen the concrete by up t 45% – preventing the concrete from cracking and spalline.
Protect Your Warehouse Floors
By filling in the pores on a surface level, you prevent the concrete from absorbing water, liquids, chemicals, and other substances from being absorbed into the concrete. Further, the sealer leaves behind a non-slip surface. To gain even more surface protection, you can apply a concrete wax with a polisher – helping to make the surface just as strong on the outside as it is on the inside.
Chemical Resistance
Foundation Armor Concrete Sealer has been used to treat concrete walls, storage tanks, building blocks, roadways, driveways, runways, warehouse floors, industrial plants, food-processing plants, and hospitals. Foundation Armor concrete sealer can also be used to treat other masonry type surfaces when the concrete is coated with silicate allowing the substrate to resist many compounds more effectively.
