Foundation Armor^TM brick and masonry sealers are highly concentrated, non-toxic, penetrating, permanent sealers specifically formulated to seal, strengthen, and protect brick and masonry. Foundation Armor brick and masonry sealers undergo a chemical reaction with the free calcium and lime naturally found in concrete – dramatically enhancing their natural characteristics and reducing the capillary voids to practically zero.

Foundation Armor brick and masonry sealers don’t alter, stain, discolor or change the texture of the surface. They can be used on interior and exterior, above/below grade applications, and on vertical and horizontal surfaces.

Foundation Armor^TM Brick & Masonry Sealers STOP:

• Water and vapor migration (hydrostatic pressure) up to 100psi
• Moisture vapor transmission up to .015 WVT
• Alkali attack and efflorescence attack

• Transmission of hazardous gases, including Radon
• The absorption of chemicals, chlorides, solvents, fats and oils
• Internal chlorides by up to 50%-90%
