BookmarkThe Foundation Armor 10FT concrete crack repair kit is a hydrophobic polyurethane based repair method for repairing moist, wet, or leaking cracks, and for repairing cracks on vertical or horizontal surfaces.
How It Works:
Foundation Armor’s hydrophobic polyurethane repair kits are designed to stop water and permanently repair wet cracks in concrete walls, floors, and building structures. Using a 5,000 PSI injection gun, the polyurethane solution is injected into the crack through aluminum injection ports. When the solution comes into contact with water it transforms into a foam and expands 40X, repairing the crack from the back of the crack to the front of the crack.

Where To Use:
- Cracks in concrete, brick, cement, and gunite.
- Cracks on horizontal and vertical surfaces.
- Cracks that are dry, wet, leaking, or gushing with water.
- Pipe penetrations, cold joints, small holes, and coveseams.
Preparation:
Clean out the crack. Make sure the crack is free of loose materials. If the crack has been previously repaired, remove repair materials completely.
Application:
- For hairline cracks, insert injection ports into the concrete every 6-12 inches. For larger cracks, insert injection ports into the concrete every 12 inches. Ports should be injected at a 45 degree angle into the center of the crack. In some cases, the injection ports can be injected directly in through the face of the crack.
- Using water, test that the injection ports were properly inserted and that the crack is accepting water through the ports.
- Mix the polyurethane solution and accelerator into the injection gun and screw the lid on.
- Attach the injection gun to the ports and pump the material into the crack through the ports. Start at the first, or bottom, port first.
- Move up/down the crack until the crack has been repaired.
- Wipe away any extra materials and let dry.
Dry Time:
Let dry 24 hours. Reaction is immediate, water will stop on contact.

I want to purchase your sealer too but it says the concrete has to be free of paint. I had water gushing out of horizontal crack on my basement wall. I wasn’t too excited about drilling injection ports but after I started using the kit I was glad I purchased it. As soon as I started to inject the material, the foam started to expand and the water stopped instantly. This product is amazing, I love the company. I refer you guys to everyone!
I have a small concrete sealing business and every now and then I get a client with a crack. I won’t use anything but this kit now. I tried RadonSeal – they suck. I had to remove the RadonSeal repair material because it started to come out once the crack started to leak. I purchased this kit and I will never use another kit again. I can’t say enough good things about it, best product is an understatement.

I actually ran into a guy at Home Depot who told me to buy your product instead. I am bummed your product isn’t sold in stores but I look forward to getting my order and trying it out. If Home Depot employees are pushing you, you can’t be that bad!
I thought the instructions were very easy to follow. This was the first time I have ever had to repair a crack. After a heavy rain storm I noticed some water coming through my wall. Nothing major but either way, no water is good water. I bought the repair kit on Wednesday and used it on Saturday. It took me less than a half hour and I haven’t had any water problems since. I am actually going to buy another kit because I have a crack in my pool!

This kit was very easy to use. I had to repair a crack in my client’s basement before using your sealer. This was the first crack I repaired and if I have any other cracks, this is the kit I will use! The instructions were very clear and drilling wasn’t a problem at all. The foam expanded great and the basement looks awesome.

Very cool kit. I had my doubts before ordering – we had a lot of water coming in through a crack in the wall of my basement. I added about 15% accelerator to the mixture and it didn’t take long for the solution to react. It completely sealed the crack and I haven’t had any water issues again since.
